On April 1, Student Life is organizing a cleanup of OCCC’s adopted street, which stretches along S. May Avenue from SW 74th Street to SW 89th Street, said Service Learning and Student Life Programs Coordinator Jill Lindblad.

There is no limit to the number of volunteers who can take part in this event, and the hours may count for various class credit, she said.

“I will give students credit for Civic Honors, though they would need to see their professors about other credit,” she said.
