Psychology Lab to host mandala coloring contest
The OCCC Psychology Lab is slated to host a weekly mandala coloring contest beginning Thursday, March 27, according to a flier from the Psychology Lab.
Students visiting the Psychology Lab can submit a colored Mandala between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. when the lab is open.
A Mandala is a Hindu symbol “representing wholeness and can be seen as a model for the organizational structure of life itself,” according to www.themandalaproject.org.
According to the flier, contest winners will be announced Monday, March 31 and will receive a gift certificate from Eagle One Pizza in Oklahoma City.
The voucher is valid for a large pizza with unlimited toppings.
The Psychology Lab mandala coloring contest will provide Eagle One Pizza coupons to a first and second place winner.
At least five colored mandala entries must be submitted before a winner can be selected, so the Psychology Lab encourages all students to come and take part.
