Teresa Borum announces Ward 4 bid
Teresa Borum has announced her bid for the Ward 4 City Council seat. Borum is a graduate of OCCC with an associate degree in psychology.

Gov. Kevin Stitt and other state officials joined leaders at OCCC on Wednesday in touring newly expanded facilities dedicated to health care education at the college in south Oklahoma City.
Homeland Scholar Athlete of the Week – Kylie Thompson
KFOR and Homeland recognize outstanding scholar-athletes. This week they honor Kylie Thompson, a student of Westmoore High School. Kylie is a captain for the Jaguars Volleyball Team, playing six rotation and also takes college courses at OCCC.

The Republican proposal to carve up Oklahoma County, including the area comprising Oklahoma City Community College, among urban and rural congressional districts has drawn fire from some residents who say a diverse but cohesive area would be splintered and its political voice diluted.

The City of Guthrie announced former Talent Acquisition Manager at Oklahoma City Community College, Idalia “Liz” Elizabeth Botello as their new Human Resource/Administrative Services Director. Botello will officially start with the City on Monday, November 1.
