Some people would find it frustrating to spend a couple of weeks tracking someone down to nail down a program’s specifics, which consists of simple questions. Most people would find it frustrating to find out they know more about the program than the person directing it.

Not to name names, but I will make a claim that maybe there are too many programs going on if OCCC can’t keep track of them.

In a contracting budget, a college needs integration not derivation; the assimilation of services into a more efficient pipeline, rather than a branching out of services.

Maybe the school even has enough directors and assistant directors. At some point everybody will just be directing each other and not actually doing much.
