The Oklahoma City County Health Department is providing sexuallly transmitted disease testing and physicals for both females and males. Vaginal exams and birth control are also offered. The assistance is based on household income and for first time applicants, appoinments are available 7 a.m. to 1:50 p.m. Tuesday and Friday. The clinic is located at 921 NE 23rd St., Oklahoma City.
